Speakers Registerations

All authors and presenters must submit their abstract via the official conference submission portal on EasyChair (https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=ices20250).

Note: After acceptance of your abstract, you will receive an official confirmation email. You will then be required to complete registration by paying the applicable fee.

Once payment is made, please send the payment receipt via email to: info@awmec.ijsmartpublishing.com

All accepted speakers must prepare their conference presentations using the ICES 2025 official slide format. Please download the slide format below and prepare your presentation accordingly.
