The official language of the conference is English. Authors are invited to submit an abstract of 250–300 words in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx) that presents original research, case studies, or innovative ideas aligned with the conference theme, Environmental Science for a Sustainable Future. Each submission should include the title of the study, author names with affiliations and contact emails, a clearly written abstract, three to five keywords, an optional graphical abstract, and a link to a short video (2–3 minutes) explaining the research. Full papers are not required at this stage. All accepted abstracts will be published in the official Book of Abstracts (Conference Proceedings).

Submissions must be made through EasyChair using the following link: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=ices20250. Early bird registration is available for the first 20 accepted abstracts. The early bird presenter fee is 100 RMB, valid until August 31, 2025. After this date, the standard presenter fee will be 125 RMB. The fee for listeners is 50 RMB. Selected presenters may also be invited to submit a full paper for publication in affiliated international journals following the conference.
